Tobacco Free Hall County (TFHC) is a local, proactive tobacco education and prevention coalition in Grand Island/Hall County, Nebraska, which was formed in the fall of 1994. Coalition members and affiliated agencies participate in tobacco education, prevention and other countywide activities and projects. Tobacco Free Hall County collaborates with various agencies, organizations, citizens and students engaging in a multitude of activities. Through these collaborative efforts, we are mindful of racial, social, economic and gender disparities in our education and prevention messages.
